Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or valid account credit has been received. Package credits are personal, subject to the expiry shown at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All Sales Are Final / Non-Refundable. Eligible cancellations return the class credit to your account; no cash refund is issued.

Cancellations

Free to cancel or move up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours it is non-refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows use the booked credit or remain payable.

Studio participation

You must provide accurate health information, sign the studio waiver before participating, follow coaching and safety guidance, and wear grip socks for Lagree sessions. Please contact Charlotte before booking if you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you.
